IIMS Papers Presented at EACES Conference
The 16th European Association for Comparative Economic Studies Conference took place on September 13-17th. Andrey Tkachenko, Yuliya Rodionova and Milena Obuscharova presented their papers during the contributed paper sessions among the other HSE scholars.
This conference, originally scheduled to take place in Naples and in 2020, was the first one in the history of EACES that was held as an online-only event.
The papers presented by the IIMS staff were:
Andrey Tkachenko. The Changing Perceptions of Corruption during the COVID Pandemic in Russia.
Yuliya Rodionova. Conflict Resolution Practice in Public Procurement: the Case of Russia and Kazakhstan.
Milena Obushcharova. Trust in the Russian public procurement system: improving efficiency in an imperfect institutional environment.
The IIMS Director Andrei Yakovlev attended the EACES members general meeting and was once again elected member of the Executive Committee of EACES.
