Populism and New Conservatism in East and West: Socio-Economic and Political Patterns at the Beginning of the 21st Century

This is a website of a joint initiative of the Institute for East European Studies of the Free University Berlin (FUB) and a group of former Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (AvH) fellows at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University) supported by the AvH as an institutional partnership project to foster cooperation between these two institutions and to involve in it a broader group of younger fellows and doctoral students.

The project is launched for 2021-2023, welcoming academics interested in its research scope and seeking new ideas for collaborations, research projects, and joint publications.
