How the COVID-19 crises affects IT and tourism?

Andrei Yakovlev presented the results of the joint HSE University & Russian Union of Industrials and Entrepreneurs project about the impact of the COVID-19 crises on IT and tourism. The paper was presented during a virtual event "The Russian Private Sector Today: Challenges and Prospects in a Post-Pandemic World" organized by the NYU Jordan Center and the Harriman Institute at Columbia University.

Among the speakers of the event there were Simeon Djankov (Peterson Institute for International Economics), Dinissa Duvanova (Lehigh University), Alena Ledeneva (University College London) and Ivan Nechepurenko (Moscow bureau of "The New York Times").
