Yuko Adachi, Associate Professor at Sophia University (Tokyo, Japan), is currently a visiting researcher at Institute for Industrial and Market Studies (IIMS) from April 2013.

Yuko Adachi, Associate Professor at Sophia University (Tokyo, Japan), is currently a visiting researcher at Institute for Industrial and Market Studies (IIMS) from April 2013. Her research interests include corporate governance and state-business relations in Russia. She is currently working on a project that looks into the state-business relations in Russia since the year 2000, focusing on developments in the natural resources sector of the Russian economy. She is the author of the book entitled “Building Big Business in Russia: the Impact of Informal Corporate Governance Practices” (Routledge, 2010).
