Denis Ivanov presented at the Dubai campus of the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani

On January 24, 2025, Denis Ivanov, ICSID Senior Research Fellow, delivered the presentation entitled «If You Build Institutions, They Will Come: Factors of Countries’ Attractiveness for High-Skilled Migrants» at the Dubai Campus of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (BITS Pilani - Dubai). This paper was co-authored by Anton Kazun, the Director of ICSID, along with Vasiliy Burov, Michael Rochlitz, and Andrey Yakovlev. There was Campus Director Professor Souri Bannerjee, Head of the Management Department Sartaj Rather and other faculty members at the event. The presentation sparked significant interest among the audience leading to discussions on potential collaborative research endeavors and other forms of partnership.
