Denis Ivanov has presented his paper in Shenzhen

On November 6, 2024, Denis Ivanov, Senior Research Fellow, ICSID IIMS, presented his joint paper with Anton Kazun,IIMS Director, as well as Vasily Burov, Michael Rochlitz, and Andrei Yakovlev, titled “’If You Build Institutions, They Will Come’: Factors of Countries’ Attractiveness for High-Skilled Migrants” at the International Conference on Digitalization and Innovations for Aging Society. The conference was held at the Shenzhen MSU-BIT University, PRC. The corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Deputy Director of the IMEMO RAS Sergei Afontsev, Professor of the Faculty of Economics, MSU Irina Kalabikhina, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics, SMBU, Professor Meng Fanchen, Director of Economic Policy at HSE University, Professor Yuri Simachev, Deputy Director of the Center for Industrial Policy Studies  at HSE University, Associate Professor Anna Fedyunina,faculty members of leading universities from China, Italy, and the Czech Republic were among the organizers and participants of the event.
