The topic of the discussion was «A New Wave of Deregulation: Real Reforms or Imitation of Changes». Vladimir Drebentsov (Chief Economist of the Russian and CIS Department of BP Group of Companies) and Andrei Yakovlev (Director of the Institute for Industrial and Market Studies) were the main disputants.
