International partnership
Andrei Yakovlev, Head of the Institute for Industrial and Market Studies, has joined the Scientific Advisory Board of the Leibniz-ScienceCampus EEGA Project.
The Leibniz ScienceCampus Eastern Europe – Global Area (EEGA) is committed to developing new research perspectives on Eastern Europe, engaging in knowledge exchange activities on the region with stakeholders, and promoting young researchers. Together with partners from Eastern Europe, the EEGA LeibnizCampus will examine the global linkages of the region generated by migration, economic ties, cultural exchanges and political integration processes. The researchers cooperating in the campus ask how societies in Eastern Europe are positioning themselves in global processes and conflicts. It is intended to disseminate the research findings not only within the academic community, but also to the media and the wider public.
Furthermore, the Campus combines the training of young researchers with international and interdisciplinary degree courses.

2) Self-Positioning of Eastern Europe in a New World Order
