Travel grants for Ph.D. students

This year the workshop will be held for the sixth time. As usual it will be organized by the International Center for the Study of Institutions and Development (ICSID) and the European Association for Comparative Economic Studies (EACES). The main goal of the workshop is to unite young scholars researching politics or economics, and create a unique platform for an exchange of research results.

The Harriman Institute at Columbia University has been ICSID partner since 2011 and all this time has actively supported the integration of young professionals in the scientific community of HSE.  9 participants of the workshop, whose applications were approved of by the Commission, will receive grants to cover transportation costs for a trip to Moscow in 2018. The grants are funded by the Carnegie Corporation of New York.
