Open Economy - What determines the protest activity

The A.S.Sobolev's, IIMS researcher, reports of the factors that reduce the level of participation in the protests at the XIV April Conference at HSE.

The article states that report based on the media reports about the protests states that due to bad weather, low wages and repressive habits of government  protest activity level in Russia is obviously low.
